TaxVayda users may request deletion of account data, uploaded tax documents, and connected account data where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for legal, tax, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or operational reasons.
How to Request Deletion
Email derrick.aryee@icloud.com with the subject line "TaxVayda Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your TaxVayda account.
What to Include
Include your full name, account email, the type of data you want deleted, and whether you want connected account access disconnected if applicable.
Verification
TaxVayda may need to verify your identity or account ownership before processing a deletion request.
Timing
TaxVayda will review deletion requests and respond as reasonably practicable. Certain deletion actions may take additional time depending on providers, backups, and retention requirements.
